Ok guys and gals, think its about time we all got together for a meet some place soon..........the last one we had had a few members come but not enough, it was an off road event. I understand us in the uk are precious about our Explorers so maybe this time we should just have a meet, I dunno a pub or somthing were we can take over the car park like a bunch of hairy bikers would, (no offence to hairy bikers)! I for one dont mind were or when so lets all come up with a place and agree that the numbers will define the place.

Lets come together on this and make this coming years one that we can all put a face to a name from this site!

Im in depending where/when it is, off road drive sounds good for me but understand others might prefer something different !!!

In fact Mid-Norfolk Off road centre is about 1/2 mile from me - sounds like a good idea to me :

Hi,
I'm interested in a meet up too but my car is a bit poorly and in the garage as of yesterday as it needs a new transfer box fitting and a few other bits doing at the same time so don't do it too soon or it won't be fixed!

Ps being a typical girl I've not driven off road circuits before but am up for a challenge!

NEC sounds good to me.

After checking the prices for admission to the NEC, it would probably count me out. It's too soon after xmas, I could afford the petrol, but nearly 30 quid to get in somewhere like that is a bit much...

Of course like many, it depends when. Spring would be warmer than winter. I agree central would be best so Birmingham'ish would be sensible (even though it's not ideal for me but then my chances of persuading everyone to drive to Hastings must be remarkably slim)
