Uninstall/install mft

I have been having minor issues with my MFT since the last upgrade. I have downloaded the latest version of MFT and I wanted to re-install it to my Exp. When I tried to re-install it again I got a message in the screen telling me that I had the same version as the one in the pen drive.
Question: is there a way to un-install what is now in my Exp MFT and re-install using my pen drive?

I would say no, but not sure.

Doing a 'master reset' is pretty close to that however. Its going to put the system back to factory defaults and restart it from scratch.

The only way to uninstall and re-install the software is to visit a dealership. What kind of issues are you experiencing?

Thanks spr. I have done "Master Reset", unplugging the battery with the headlights on (suggested by Ford MFT service "guru"), delayed rebot in a USB, etc., etc. to solve the Sirius Channel command. Even I tried re-loading the new Sirius Channel patch in syncmyride.com and none has solve the issue.
