Cruise

While im on the subject of neons, anyone with neons in illinois or somewhere close by, i am probably having a cruise in with about 10 people from the Street GLow message board. We will meet either August 9th, 10th, or 11th. I was just wondering if anyone with neons would want to the cruise and hang with us for the night.

Yeah I usually don't like neon also, but you caught my eye. It's usually done quite half-a$$ed, but you really did a good job. Definitely gets ones attention.

Thanks for the compliments...i mean....you have no idea how much they mean to me. I am only 17 years old, and pour my heart and soul into my car. Most people just look at the lights and are like "wow...cool" Few, if any every say "wow, i like the setup", and "Thats a clean instal", etc. I mean, i know i'll probbaly be made fun of, but there really is an art to installing this stuff. Some people do a half-a$$ed job (many of my friends) and it looks like trash. I always allow many hours to be able to work on my X, so i do not feel rushed or deperate to get the job done. Again, thanks for the compliments, you've made my day

Casue, a lot of people have actually said that, but ive never gotten a good answer on why i should take it off (i was debating to anyway, i just may now that another person said to).

Carl Carl Carl, don't take that license plate frame off dude...the damn thing looks sweet. I just love how it's green while the underkit is purple, it totally accents your sick ass license plate!!

personally carl your truck looks good except all the color clashing!!!!! i actually agree with joec5, i would make it all one color... it looks kinda funky.... like all matts neons are blue.....

I would imagine many people must be like WTF is that. That is alot of light to come up behind someone on the highway and scare the crap out of them. By the way i think i read about some UFO sightings in your hometown. The government might be looking for you.

See..the whole "color clashing" thing was done on purpose. I did not just want one plain color. I wanted two colors, so i could mix it up a little. Purple and green are these two colors. In the future, i may replace the lava and lightning neons to be purple and green, but i don't see that for a while.

OH, and i have, a couple times, pulled up next to someone and they looked at my like what the HELL was going on! They don't even know lights like that existed for cars! gotta love the looks
