they are a driving light kit from pilot (got it at advanced auto parts for about $8.00 on sale); they came with 55w/H3 hallogen/halogen bulbs, but I just used the casing of the lights and installed an H3 4300K h.i.d. kit.

The cheapest pair I found... they are metal casing and glas lens/glass... no wiring hardness, though... I foget the exact name of the model... but they are clear lens, driving light, h3 bulbs.... I think you would get the same results with other driving kits... what makes the difference is the h.i.d. "retrofit".... I can take a close up of the actual light an post it.... if it helps....
