Upper Control arms

What about the Lca? Isn't something bent causing this? Maybe the Lca and/or the spindle is bent.

seems to me the PO is addressing the symptom and not the problem. there's something he's not telling us about why the wheels can't be aligned correctly. bent frame? other worn/bent suspension parts? over-lifted truck? who knows...

Sorry, work got in the way of responses..............

The daughters Explorer has a 5"(?) Superlift lift kit. This is the way we purchased it. Not my 1st choice of lift manufacture's. The frt end alignment is at the max adjustment. I have had the frame checked (within spec), the LCA's are good & no frt spindle issue. So it is the lift system parts. The only item that can be modified (adjusted) for the camber issue, is the UCA, since there is no adjustments with the lift system brackets.

Hence the need to fab my own.

What about just buying them pre-made ????

That would be ok, but I haven't been able to locate a company that does make them, e.g. FABTECH, Pro Comp etc.

btw
I have tools to make them..........so I just make my own, transfer the measurements into CAD, and go from there.

Thanks,
NT
