V6 OHC to V6SOHC Swap

Can anyone tell me how difficult it would be to put a 2002 V6 SOHC engine into my 1994 which currently also has a V6?

I really don't have a need for th V8 (gas mileage) and found a pretty good deal on a nearly new 2002 engine. Thanks for the help.

you will need a new computer, transmission, engine and totally rewire the car since it requires obd2 technology and yours is only obd1 compliant
