Needs to be replaced yes. What do you mean by non fuel injected?

Emission related hoses are fuel lines. When you buy one, you don’t want one rated for fuel injection. It’s not needed, it’s a lot more rigid, harder to install.

It’s either 5/16 or 3/8” inner diameter.
