I was changing out my coil packs when I noticed what seemed like a vacuum hose missing (yellow arrow). Can anyone help?

+1 No issue here. It's the Heater Control Valve. It only applies vacuum on the single line to close the valve when your control knob is set to MAX A/C or OFF. It stops the coolant flow from entering your heater core behind the dash. Thus giving you MAX a/c.
Also, this is why in the summer I will set it on normal a/c or any other setting (even full heat) occasionally to move that stagnant coolant around keeping the heater core from possibly clogging or corroding.
