Valve Job

Does anybody know what a 3 angle valve job is? I have heard this term used quite a bit and don't know exactly what is meant by this. I know about valve replacement so any help would be appreciated.

three angle valve job means that the seat part of the head is ground 30' 45' 90' and that the valve it self is normally 45' I beleive that most machine shops should do a three angle job.

Do you mean the valve seat and what is the pros and cons of doing this?
