Verifying TSB History Before Purchasin

Hey all, I've done some searching and haven't found quite the answer I'm looking for.

Question being: I've been looking at EX's as my wife and I are planning to purchase one shortly. I've had a look at the TSB thread and as you all are aware, those can add up to a hefty amount if you have to pay out of pocket. How can I verify that all TSBs have been addressed before purchasing my EX? I've actually had a couple dealerships tell me that there weren't any TSBs for the 11+ Explorer. I acted dumb, of course, and said "See honey, it's a quality car," and proceeded to walk off the lot.

Is there anyway to find out if they all have been performed, and to verify it. I know a lot of shady dealerships in my area that will tell me they've been done and they haven't, and I don't want to be stuck with that expense.

You dealer would have access to OASIS which keeps a record of all services performed at Ford approved service centers. That is where I would start is asking for the service history of a vehicle.

I can't answer for what individual dealers would or wouldn't do.

There may be some on here with dealer access to OASIS and maybe if they see this they could help.
