Very Bad Vibrations While Turning The Wheel

I have had this problem before and it went away. Today I was changing my plugs in the X. I had the wheel turned to the leftto allow me to get to the pita plug in the rear. I finsihed and went to take it for a test drive, the vibration is so bad when I am still it violently shakes the whole car(While parked). When moving less than 10mph i can feel it, also While driving and hit a bump my wheel feels like I was moving it freely. Any ideas would be great it kind of make me nervious to drive it.

With it turned all the way, you probably got some air in the PS system. Not an uncommon problem. Do several lock to lock turns while parked to try and get the air out.

i just had my truck at ford the other day for this . they put steering conditioner in there to see if will help, which it didn't. so they said its going to be either the rack or the pump. hope this helps.
