- '96 Ranger
I have a '96 ford ranger. I bought it used. Sometimes when driving down the highway, and come to a stop, the engine will rev up when I push the clutch in, and sometimes when switching gears. It seems to be more noticeable when the a/c is running. I have been told to change the throttle control valve, and have done so, but it really didnt help. Can someone please enlighten me on what might be the problem.
