Well this morning I had been hearing a grinding noise from my rear brakes on the passenger side so i took the wheel and the drum off and had a look. I was very suprised to see that the self adjuster was gond and had been greound down so it look like a pencil, one shoe was bent inward away from the drum and all of the friction material from that pad was gone completly. How the hell could this happen. The brakes were changed around november. We had a huge ice storm and after that we noticed the grinding. The plug was missing from the little adjuster hole. Could ice have done this? Good thing my new drums were not damaged or id be reaqlly pissed.

i recently changed mine and it was the same way everything is new and still they are stuck .if get info ill let you know
