Ok guys I'm in need of some advice. I have an 07 ST Limited. Recently the truck started to have a vibration at 50+ mph. I have a new driveshaft, new ball joints in the front lower, 4 wheel alignment done and had the tires rebalanced. The tires are wearing out a bit and will need replacement soon, but can't figure out where it's coming from or what to look at. Also both front hubs have been replaced. So the question is, where do I start? I e noticed my exhaust is loose. Would that cause a vibration at that speed? Any help or advice, pointers anything would help right now. Thanks in advance

Also I should have said before the other month when I had it at the shop they told me my tires were starting to cup. They don't seem too bad but at 60+ they hum pretty good. Don't know if that helps at all.

Cupping tires can cause vibration and an uneven ride

I've had the same issue for 6+months. I just changed the sway bar bushings and control arm bushing and thought it went away for a couple of days. My tires sound a bit like yours and I'm replacing in a couple of weeks. I'll let you know if that does it, but I've a lot of the same work as you and the only thing that helped was the replacements mentioned above. If you get a fix, please reply to this post.

I had a wicked vibration from the front from 30-60 mph and an even worse one from the back that would never stop.

My tires were about one year old and starting to cup.

New tires nine days ago made it ride like a brand new vehicle.

I also have an 07 and have a similar vibration above 60 or so.
I can't pinpoint it. my tires are about half way used up.
My drive shaft was replaced but I'm not sure if that's when it began. I did change the front hubs a year ago but the vibration was there before that work.
I'm tempted to have my drive shaft balanced but I think I'll wait till I change the tires and see if it goes away then. It's a subtle vibration.
