92 auto. When the car is moving slowly, and the brakes are pressed, there is a violent clunk sound when the car comes to a stop, and i can feel it under the brake pedel. I had someone take a peak under the car while i was braking, and they pinpointed to be what i believe is the driveshaft??

Any ideas? Thanks!

If I had to guess, I would have guessed maybe one of the brake mounts came out or something so when you hit the brake, it would clunk from moving.

2WD or 4WD?

Do you hear the clunk or feel it or both?

Does it feel/sound like it's coming from the front or the rear?

Have you had any work done under the truck recently?

4x4, which doesnt work btw. I both feel and hear it, it is very loud, can be heard from like a block away. No work done.

How long has this noise/feeling been going on, and has it been gradual or an all of a sudden thing.

I would check out your Radius arm bushings. They deteriorate over time and will make more and more noise/feeling as time goes on. If the bushing completely falls apart the Radius arm would be floating in the Radius arm bracket and make violent contact noise/feeling whenever you stop. When you accelerate the Arm and bracket move away from each other, but when you stop the Arm is forced toward the bracket and without the cushioning of the Radius arm bushing it will make a loud thump right under you're feet.

^^^^ Awww you beat me to it..

It appears that this is the problem. Can someone tell me what this is? Does it need a new bushing, or just tightened up?

Dude, that is your radius arms, and it appears your bushings are completely gone. This happened to me, however not to this degree. My bushings wore through, metal on metal, and I could hear a bad sound when going over bumps and such. You need new radius arm bushings and replace them or have someone do it. You have same gen as me, so you will need to drop the brackets off via grinding/drilling/punching out the old rivets on the radius arm brackets. I think I dropped the cross member off too and spun the nuts off the back of the arms. Put the new junk in, and put it back together. Bushings should be around 50$ or so. At least that is around what I paid (in CDN funds) If you do your homework searching, you can find all the answers for any questions to this you may have.

ditto what gman1234 said.. there are several write ups that detail the 2 different ways to tackle replacing the Radius arm bushings.
