Hey guys I have a question for you, I've got my crunch amp powering my subs, but I have a Sony 4 channel amp that I'd like to use to power my door speakers, I've got my ground for the sony and a distribution block for my power. And I believe I should be able to jump a remote wire from my sub amp to the Sony amp, correct?
My question is, as far as running my door speakers to the amp do I splice into the wires in the door that go to the HU and leave the speakers running to the head, or cut the wires and run them directly to the amp. then take 2 sets of RCAs and run them from the front and rear out on the HU to my amp?
If so what do I do with the wires running from the HU to the doors? Just put a wire cap on them?
Also, the sony amp has a plastic clip with wires for a high frequency in should I run the speaker wire to that or just the front and rear screw like I did when I used it to power my single sub?
Thanks for the help and sorry if I sound like a moron.
