Warn winch doesn't wanna work

Well, as I began to spool the cable back into my Warn 9000i winch, it stopped. I don't have any response from the controller. There was a 'click' that came from the winch itself. I've checked the battery connections and the cables, all seems fine. Its still under warrenty. How much would it cost to ship a winch from Arizona to Orgeon?

Did you (or the installer) install any inline fuses between the winch and the battery? If so check that if you haven't.
