WARN winch... What do you think?

Has anyone ever heard about this winch it says GREAT DEAL but i cannot believe this price $16.99 for an 8000lb rated winch. I have read this thing a couple of times trying to see if it says for a certain part for the winch or something. What do you think is it worth it i mean its only 17 bucks even if it works a little, what kind of winch should i look for like specs and stuff, i dont do crazy offroading but id like to have it just in case...and i love how winches look on the ex...thanks for the info

ps im gunna try and find ratings on this winch and/or call this company to find out ill post back with a response.

ok yeah i called the company and they said that they hire someone to do the website (of corse) they said that it was an error, i knew it was an error unless i was missing something but i hung up the phone and went back to buy it right there and they there is nowhere to put in an email address and when you try to put it through it says the email address is needed..ohh well when i called them the price was 540 something still a good price for that model i compared that to a couple other companies.. damn i thought i was gunna get a steal
