Warning chime low

Hello everyone, recently i noticed my wifes 2018 explorer 3.5 base model when you open the door the warning chime sounds to low and when you make a call also sounds low kind of coming fron under the dash, does anyone had this issues before?

Hello everyone, recently i noticed my wifes 2018 explorer 3.5 base model when you open the door the warning chime sounds to low and when you make a call also sounds low kind of coming fron under the dash, does anyone had this issues before?

I believe the chimes come through the speakers but I don't believe the sound level is adjustable. I don't know if the hands-free phone system uses the same setup but I'm curious as to why the sound would be coming from under the dash?

I did a a reset to APIM l, IPC and ACM modules but no luck i was using Forscan and no codes appear
