I just noticed that on trader online there was only like 5 '96 wranglers for sale in the whole US!

Did they not make them that year? I know '97 is the first year with round headlights.

I'm renting a jeep when I got hawaii next month. I got what they call an older jeep. so I was trying to see what year the transtion was:p

ohhh alright then I GUESS its alright, kidding, have fun hawaii wut island r u going to?

Maui, Hopfully I can find some where to use the front axle.

there were no wranglers made in 96 that is jsut a typo. this is because of glitches they had when they started making the quadra coil suspension. some of the glitches still werent fixed when the first 97 tjs were produced which is why youll see alot more 97 wranglers for sale than other years.

(insert the abc jingle followed by The More You Know)
haha im an a$$

haha darn you are right. oh well tv is crappy anyway

Daimler Chrysler also wanted to unload every square headlighted Wrangler off of its lots to make way for the TJs as well. My wife drives a YJ, and although it offers a more bouncy :bounce: ride, it is fun to drive, compact, and easy to parallel park. My '94 Ranger w/6" of lift was much more of a handful :nono: ...
