My washer fluid is mostly full and all of a sudden, when I press my wipers, it won't spray on the windshield anymore. Anyone ran into this or know what it might be? Thanks.

With the engine off, if you don't hear a humming sound when you activate it, I would say your washer pump probably died. I replaced the one on my '86 Nova about a week ago. They cost about $15 - $25. I've never replaced one on an Explorer but I'm sure they all are similair; Remove reservoir, unhook connector & hose, then swap out pump.

Good luck.

If you do hear the humming, then more than likely the sprayer nozzles are clogged, you can take a small sewing needle and carefully poke the holes to try to free em up. This was a problem on mine when I bought it, there was a bit of wax built up in em

to clean mine out i used compressed air with short blasts worked like a charm

The driver side sprayer was clogged on mine. I tryed poking it with a needle and it worked! thanks Darrman

Mine just quit, It was the plug connecting at the pump, I just soldered the wires on and now works fine.

The same thing happened to me !!!

Something similar with the spray nozzle ( "sapito" in spanish ) of the right-hand side happened to me. Carefully I could take all of the set apart ( nozzle plus hoses ), than submitted under pressure and with a needle plus water, cleaning the spray nozzle that was having a kind of salt ( the liquid windshield wiper's product ) that it was covering the mouth of exit.
