find the original way theat they leaked and put silicon sealant... .then drill a hole in the bottom.. then let it drain.... turn on the light to dry, and then seal up the new hole....

see the thing is... the were under water for 3 hours... i guess the pressure of the water got in.... there is no hole.... and its salt water so i would wana some how clean it so it does not corode...(spelling)

Not to be too obvious but why not 1. remove the bulbs. 2. remove the lights. 3. Wash them in the kitchen sink. 4. Let them dry and put them back on or sell them on ebay and get some piaas.
Just a thought...

bill, the take them off idea works.... i did that to my grungy license plate lights and they looked beautiful....dawn is good stuff :)

welp as far as taking them off and washing them out... they are a ***** to get off... anyone who has tryed to take them off knows what i am talking about... but anyway... i got all the water out... i used a shop vac and sucked it out ;)

thanks for all the help guys..
