Water in my Cone Intake?

After I washed my X today I noticed that there was water in the lower part of the air filter houseing. I have a custom cone air intake. Do I need to worry about my intake sucking in water?

I would try to pinpoint the exact location where the water is entering the intake and see if there isn't any way you could prevent it from happening. I use to live in Prescott and know how the streets fill up when the monsoons (sp?) hit. I wouldn't want to worry about inhaleing any water if it could be prevented.
