Water in the subwoofer compartement behind rear seat

Hi there,
can anubody tell how water got in there,please?
Rear window was/has been closed

Most likely suspects are the third brake light, clogged sunroof drain hoses, roof rack, or bed window seals.
Water leaks are a PITA, the only way to find them is by removing panels, flooding the roof, and looking. GL
