Water leak in rear compartment

I have noticed that there is water dripping down in the side rear compartment of my explorer and I have looked at the window and hatch seals and they are all in good shape. Is it possible for the water to be coming in from the roof rack? Any help is appreciated

A friend of mine had a leak in the same area on his '01 Sport. It turned out the hose for the rear window washer came loose and would spray inside the trim whenever he tried to clean the rear window.

Just noticed the same in my 97 with all this rain. Water drops sitting on the plastic hump of the drivers rear wheel. There was one drop hanging from the molding at the top of the window. I'm gonna have to check TSB's.

If the roof rack was leaking, the headliner would be soaked first, and it would sag like crazy....
