EE has been doing business with EF peeps for over a decade. Sadly, most of the good stuff on their site for 2nd gens hasn't been available about about 1/2 decade. Their website is dated and "ambitious".

I know that they still get MAC, but even they're becoming rare as the dodo around these parts from any seller. MAC will essentially make to order, but you often need to wait until they get around to it.
