when i apply the brake at a lower speed like when coming to a stop light the front right brake pops and i can feel it upder my feet then when i let go of the brake its like the truck raises up a little bit, almost like the brake was holding it down.. it makes a pop when i release the brake also.... i just installed new rotors and brakes... any ideas, i have searched on here but have not found a solution
