Weird noise when cruising on the highway when let off the gas

HI Everyone, its been a week now and ive been noticing a weird noise like grinding when im cruising in the highway at about 120 km/h, when i let my foot off the gas, it makes a "wroo wrooo wroo" noise, its worst when you come to a sudden brake when traffic stops.it only happens when im on high speed, and it seems normal on the city drive, please help anyone? thanks Kurtz
