Weird noise when the AC is on and turning the wheel

Getting this weird noise only when the AC is on and I turn the wheel.
Mostly noticeable when parked.

Anyone have this problem and know what might cause it?

I don't recall this particular issue being brought up before. If it only does it when the A/C is ON then I think that would be a place to start. The steering is electric.
