Weird rattle noise

I have a 99 Explorer Sport. I have been experiencing a rattling noise coming from under the hood. It only does it in acceleration and right after swiching of the gears. I took it to the ford place and they said they couldn't figure it out. My guess is that it was going to be expensive and they didn't want to do all that work to it since it's still under warranty. The guy at the ford place said he had read where other people have reported the same problem. Has anyone on here had this problem? If so any suggestions on what it might be that is causing this.

Either go to a different dealer and/or call up ford to get this resolved before your warranty is up and it cost you $$$.
