Just noticed this last few weeks, if accelerating hard over say 3K rpm I can hear a humming/whirring type nose, like whether accelerating hard at half throttle or full throttle. I thought maybe full pump but the engine drives as it did before, no loss in power or anything, seems to be getting plenty of fuel like before.

Not sure whats causing that noise, I know I have to replace my idler pulley as it's clicking on and off loudly, not sure if that has anything to do with it??

help help lol, even had a mechanic friend take a ride with me and has no idea what the sound is.

Rear or Front of Car???

This sounds like AC compressor clutch not idler pulley.

As for your noise one of the other pulleys ie tensioner, idler or alternator could be screaming

I actually just thought of this as when I had the a/c off I didn't hear the sound, and tried it a couple times, only does it when the a/c is on. So figured it was the clutch.

Would that happen at hard half throttle or full throttle though? Its a weird sound, but I doubted it was a vacum leak or fuel pump as theres no lose of power, can still go full throttle but theres that humming noise kinda like a harmonica synched with the v8 lol. Damnit... this was like all at once, that clutch and now one of the pulley's. But problem is pin pointing it, how can I know if its the alternator or not? Again this is weird as it doesn't do it at easy rolling into half throttle, but does it if I do a hard jab of half throttle or floor it.

How much is it to replace all the belts and pulley's?

bumpy... how can you tell which pulley, alternator etc is causing the sound at half/full throttle?

Assuming it is one of the pulleys you could have a friend briefly rev the engine while in park. Meanwhile you stand in front with the hood open and try to listen for the noise. If there is no noise then you may need to start listening to the driveline.

Once you have an idea of which one it is you can take the drivebelt off and manually turn the suspected pulley. Listening for noises and feeling for roughness.
