Weird Turkey Sound from foot Vents?

It Sounds like I have a turkey gobbling in my car when I turn on my Heat and when I turn it off. Only for 2 seconds. Its coming from the passenger side foot blower. Almost like some things is kinda stuck?

Anyone else hear gobbling in there Explorer? Lol

It is the sound of the door moving. Do a search on here for blend door and see if it bothers you enough to feel like tearing into it. I'd say don't jack with it unless it really drives you that crazy and you have enough time to jack with it.

I agree with pet575. I have the same sound in my 03 and had it in my 96, too. It doesn't bother me enough to do anything with it. It doesn't seem to affect functionality- heat and air still get through into the cabin fine.
