I would make sure the connections are plugged together under the seat. That is my only thought. These things have a good amount of wiring bugs in them that are similar to everyone but some of them can be pretty specific.

When u say adjust the seat, do u mean adjust at the seat or use a preset from door switch? Lots of electrical issues with wiring at the drivers side door hinge. Maybe it's lost normal ground and getting it thru another systems circuit.

Doesn't have any preset seat switches. Then I tried to adjust the seat from front to back on the side it locks the doors. Also now when I hit the brake it locks the doors intermittently it's a slew of issues

My Merc Mariner started doing the weird lock-unlock at random times last year. After 5 mo. of searching it ended up being an intermittent ground under the seat.

I would suggest a very through investigation of the wiring loom around the door locks switch, at the door hinge "pass through", and verify the ground wires. What we ended up doing in my little truck was set up a separate 12v light bulb on each ground wire and drive around waiting for one to flicker.

The 12 gauge wires at the hinge fatigue a lot. Yep, does sound like a ground issue.

I've had seat totally inop and it was broke wire under carpet under the seat. They flex a lot from seat movement.
