haven't tested yet, despite having dual band radios.
Hoping the modified section is where this belongs.

Looking to get bull bar/brush guard for the front of my 06, and hitch step for the rear.

Saw pickup guys saying Go Rhino are the way to go, heavier guage and sturdier.

I'm considering a 3000 series for front, and 360T for the hitch step.

I like the idea of the front step for engine work, plus if gf (accident prone) hits something, or something hits her, it gets distributed through the chassis and lessens damage.

Plus they just look awesome.

Also looking into a Waag for front, if not too pricey.

Thanks!

If you hit something with a bull bar it just crushes the bull bar into the front of the truck, typically causing more damage. They are cosmetic, and aren’t really structural at all. Way to much leverage on them.

They're tied into to frame though. I'm not interested in the thin and flimsy "wrap around the headlight" type.

Can you elaborate more? More information is education...I'm always open to that.

They are tied to the frame with thin brackets, and there is so much leverage by the time you get up to bumper height the force is multiplied. I bet two guys could physically rip one off the front of a truck.
