What 5r55e shift kit do I go with?

After reading some threads I'm curious which shift kit I should get. Superior or Transgo or the Ford upgrade? I have a 99 Ranger with the 5r55e tranny and it's giving me a P0733 code (gear 3 incorrect ratio) but I don't feel any slipping. All I get is first gear does not shift into second like it should. I am going to replace the EPC solenoid (hopefully that will fix it). And how hard are these kits to install...I have basic mechanical experience but I am no expert. Help!
