what bolts to use for r/a member?

i know you have to grind out the old rivits to get the radius arm bracket and crossmeber off to replace the bushings but what bolts do you put back in there afterwars?...a bolt with a nut? or thread the whole? someone help me out im being stupid again

When I put my extended radius arms on I used 3/8" grade 5 bolts with a washer and a self locking nut.
