I relocate mine to the rear of the soring hangers instead of the front - saves them crossing over the spring - which leads to trouble once you really start flexing it out.
Then I used stock 92 Cherokee lines, which bolt right up - and allow for about 18" total travel when mounted rearwards.
To get the lines to the rear, I bent new hardlines from the master cylinder down to both sides. Cost is minimal, as the generic hardline only costs about $5.00 a stick - Time wise, it took me less than an hour to totally finish the task, including bleeding them out. As far as location, I made them come out on the frame rail behind the shock. There is a hole there, and I passed the hard line through that hole, then bolted the tab to the frame rail.
