what brake pads do u recommend

i am changing my brake pads after 70K miles. hwat do urecommend? autozone has the cheapo for 19 bucks for 2 wheels. or ceramic for 80 bucks. does it make that much of a different?
does the cheapo works as well? tnhanks

I just did mine last week...$118 at NAPA here in PA. They were the top of the line/lifetime guarantee ones (but not ceramic)...FYI...I have 4 wheel disc
