What color trim?

Ok so i have a 2002 Explorer XLT with the ugly gray plastic trim, so i thought its time to get the trim painted. I'm just not sure what color..im deciding between Dark Gray,Black or White.And this will be done at a body shop.

Apparently it is possible to have the gray vinyl exterior trim painted another color in a body shop?
Have a dark blue 2003 Sport and would like to change the color to black thinking that if a body shop could do it, it would last
