what do I do!?

hey!! I have a 2001 2wd ford explorer sport, I want to put a small lift on it. I was think about doing a body lift but have no clue where to get started with finding the right parts!!! IF ANY ONE CAN HELP!!!
p.s. I have found a few body lift kits but none for an explorer sport only the sport trec. will that work???
