I am not sure about that one. But I have had a Clarion and it was a very good head unit.

dooood thats a tight h/u with very good freq responce id scooop it up in a heart beat! clarion is a NICE manufactorer of head units

The Pro Audio stuff is the best from Clarion so that is a pretty decent HU for the money. Keep in mind, a MP3 player that cheap, so they're going to skimp on other things. Also, the listed power is max wattage... Most Clarions are 17 watts RMS ~ when buying headunits, max power means crap. If you do Ohms law, you even see that they are probably inflating the RMS values too...
I personally think Kenwood (Excelon), Alpine, and Pioneer are the best, but I've installed some good Clarion systems in the past.
If its what you're looking for, go for it. Price is right for an MP3 player
