Ok so I'm just trying to figure out if I'll have rubbing issues with these on stock 16x7 rims

They translate to 30.9x10.7x16.

I also found these

Which are 30.7x9.8x16. So they shouldn't rub but the Max load is high so max psi is 80 which makes me a little nervous just because it's so high. Any input is appreciated. Btw I have about a 2 inch lift via shackles TT and by the time I get the tires I'll have AALs too.

with the slight lift, you shouldnt get any rubbing by running 31's. you might even be able to get away with running32's. btw, you dont have to run tires at their max psi.

265/70/16, you shouldn't need any lift for those.
