I am wondering what I may still have under warranty....
In other words, I'm wondering what areas of the warranty each of the following voids (if any... including extended... which I'm not sure I have)

TOD Clutch Switch (relay/brown-wire mod)
Idiglo Guages
Removal and cleaning of MAF/IAC

I am really hoping that FORD isn't going to say 'sorry, you put a switch on your TOD clutch wire, we can't check or redo 00M12 or your intake gaskets under any warranty because you have made unautorized modifications to your vehicle'. If they do I'm gonna flip because my TOD clutch has NOTHING to do with the intake gaskets on my engine... and... grr it would be expensive no doubt. Or I hope they dont say 'you broke your oil guage when you installed your indiglo guages... we won't warrant them, your only option is to ..... to the price of $x..' because I'll be damned if it didn't happen MONTHS before I added my guages.
Just hoping my mods haven't totally ruined my chances of getting some coverage still, and anticipating lackluster Ford customer service... and Ford dodge-the-problem assistance...

If all else fails you can do the 00M12 yourself for $50. But yeah, it all depends on the dealer. One of my friends has an F150 with 7" of lift, 38's, headers, intake, exhaust, shift kit, all that stuff.. and his dealer is cool about it and treats it like it was bone stock. Even replaced the MAF under warranty after he cleaned his K&N with that **** stuff and it screwed things up.

They might try to weasel out of repairs, but they really aren't justified unless the mod was on the system that needs the repair.

For example, they might be justified in not covering something wrong with the 4wd system because of your brown wire mod (although that mod shouldn't cause any issues), but they wouldn't be justified in refusing to do the 00M12 service because of the brown wire mod.

Also, they won't be able to tell that you worked on the IAC unless you tell them. They probably won't notice that you cleaned the MAF either unless they suspect and are looking for it.
