what is the fuel pressure on 04 explorer 4.0L

Can anyone tell me the fuel pressure on a 04 explorer 4.0L? I'm getting 40psi readout on my scanner.
I feel a slight loss of power. Someone told me it should be around 60psi. Production date is 03/2004. Got code P0193 and replaced the fuel pressure/temp sensor under the manifold. Any help would be much appreciated.

Thank you. I guess the techs at the dealer are wrong. I did look it up on all data
and it was 30-40 psi. that's why I love this forum. It's sad when you can't trust even the dealer.
