What is the stock injector size on 5.0?

Just wondering what the stock injector size is on the 5.0 in the explorers. Is it less than 19lbs/hr?

What are the options for more fuel flow for a fuel pump? I've heard that the Lightning fuel pump is a bolt-in.

Isn't the '00 a return-less system? Does this have an effect on what fuel pumps can be used?
