Heater control

Get some plastic connectors and just bypass it. Have had to do that with my last two 4.0s. Plus, If you think about it, This thing closing off the coolant flow when not on heat, you have coolant just sitting in your core, not being circulated through the system. I would think that would help corrode the core? My AC still freezes everybody out with this running through the core all the time.

I picked up my bypass connectors at autozone, or you can get a couple of the cheapo coolant flush kits and leave the caps on the connectors they come with. Been a while since I bought the right connectors so I dont remember the size, etc, but it did come with hose clamps. No leaks, several thousand miles on the repair on each motor.
