What is this?

I brought it to 4wheelparts.com's store and they said it's definitely for a dana 35 and scolded me for not grinding the pinion gear which is what caused the chewed case.

They're full of s#!t (typical for 4WP )

That is NOT a D35 locker, a D35 has 8 ring gear bolts (I just went out to my garage and looked at some D35 gears I have laying on the shelf).

4 runners are 27 spline 10 bolt according to ARBUSA.com's application chart. So are tacoma's, tundra's...
