what is wrong with my window?

ok, i just replaced the window motor in my left rear door, and for some unknown reason my window goes up and down backwards, when i push the down button on the switch it goes up and the opposite happens when i push up, so did i install this wrong or something?? wtf? and my battery died when i pushed down on the switch...i hate this car.

Did you wire the motor in reverse? I'm pretty sure its just a simple DC motor (not positive but that seems like the most logical choice) and if you reverse the polarity on those they spin the opposite direction. Try taking the motor back out and switching it around.
As for the battery I don't know... Someone else will be able to answer that for you.

See? no reason to hate the car, just gotta do some fine-tuning.

i didnt mess with any wiring, i just took it apart and cleaned the gears..

oh u mean, to turn the motor the other way into the door, im guessing that would make sense..
