I was looking at the condition and noticed this was split but no idea what it is. I cut off and forced the end in. Didn't really want to fit. Taped it secure for time being. Reset large evap code and will see.

There is another one at the drivers side wheel. At the frame near the a arm. Not sure what they vent. But I'll go with the previous poster.
The fuel system shouldn't vent outside at all.
