I hate how the rear wheels look on my xplorer, becasue they are way too much tucked in, especailly with the EB fender flares. What size spacers can i use to make them stick out more?? Do i need spacers just for the rear or the front too??

2nd question is, which offroad size tire can i fit on my EB 16" wheel?? 31x10.5 or 30x9.5.

p.s. this is 98 5.0 EB xplorer

I used to complain about that when I first got a '94 s10 4x4, an old guy told me that they started doing that (spacing front and rear different) on purpose so your rear tracks don't hit the same tire trail as your fronts. After a ton of ice I believe him. Don't know if it's true or not, but I have hit some patches where the front's will skid while braking and the rear catches quick.

i ran spacers on both of my explores before going to a wider offset rim.
You need minimum 1.5" to clear the lug studs.
I used them on all four tires and it put the tire out flush with the fender flare.

cool so 1.5'' all way around then, what about the tires what you guys think? should i get 15'' tires so i can fit 31's or use my 16'' and fit 30's?
